30-day window

Most unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.

Food & perishables

Opened food, treats, and supplements are non-returnable for safety reasons unless the product is defective or we made an error. Contact us with photos and your order number.

How to start a return

Email returns@whiskerly.com or use our contact form with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label when the return is approved (US only).

Damaged or wrong items

Notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace or refund promptly — no need to wait for the return to arrive in most cases.
